This was created using a cute kit by a Japanese designer named akiza. I snagged this as a freebie early on in my freebie-hunting career. I think the name of the kit is cute too: Cheap and Pop. I wonder if this is a literal translation of a Japanese phrase that just doesn't translate right into English. LOL. The numbered birthday candle is by Amber Gray and the template is by Racketty Scrappety
