Scrap 'N Chat

Noelle at Stuff to Scrap is hosting the second Scrap 'N Chat today. And she's going to have a random drawing of those attending. The prize is The Scrappy Kat's kit Rhinestone Cowgirl! I wasn't able to attend the last Scrap 'N Chat, but from what I heard, it was like a speed scrap, but with out the scrapping instructions. it just so happens I have today off, so I'm planning on being there. Hope to see you there too.
